AMY FOWLER - Owner/Director
Director, Amy Fowler, is the Head Field Hockey Coach at Dartmouth College. 2017 marks the 12th season for Peak Field Hockey Camps. Coach Fowler has been at the helm for Dartmouth since the fall of 2000. Over her tenure she has compiled an above .500 overall record and has led the Big Green the to eight top 3 finishes, and a total of ten finishes in the top half of the League. She has coached a number of 1st Team All-Ivy players and Regional All-Americans. In 2011, Kelly Hood '12, was selected as the Ivy League's Offensive Player of the Year, which was the first student-athlete under Fowler's tutelage to receive such an honor, and only the 3rd player to do so in program history.
In 2014 Coach Fowler became the winningest coach in Dartmouth Field Hockey History with 127 wins.
Fowler remains active at the developmental level for USA Field Hockey, is Level II certified, and currently serves as the North East Regional Coaching Director for the Futures program.

PATTIE GILLERN - Assistant Director
A former All-American and All-Big Ten player at Iowa, Assistant Director Pattie Gillern is the assistant field hockey coach at Dartmouth College and is in her 6th year with Peak. Gillern is USFHA Level II certified and works primarily with the Big Green offense and goalkeepers. Before joining the Dartmouth staff, Pattie spent two seasons at West Chester University in Pennsylvania where she helped lead the Rams to the 2011 Division II National Championship.
Prior to her two-year stint with the Rams, Gillern spent six years as an assistant at Rutgers University where she also filled the position of assistant director for the Rutgers Field Hockey Camp.
As a player with the Hawkeyes, Gillern earned four consecutive All-Big Ten and National Academic honors and was a member of 1999 squad that reached the Final Four.
EMILY RINDE-THORSEN - Assistant Director
Assistant Director Emily Rinde-Thorsen is the Head Field Hockey and Lacrosse Coach at Colby-Sawyer and is in her 12th season with Peak.
In 2016 Emily led the Colby-Sawyer Field Hockey team to its best finish in program history and its 2nd consecutive appearance in in the North Atlantic Conference tournament. In addition Emily coached the 2016 ECAC Rookie of the Year and the 2016 and 2015 NAC Rookies of the Year and was named the 2015 NAC Field Hockey Coach of the Year.
Prior to Colby-Sawyer, Emily was an assistant at KUA where she helped lead the Wildcats to three consecutive NEPSAC Championships. A 2003 graduate of the University of Iowa, Emily was a two-time Academic All-Big 10 and National Academic Squad award winner.
Maddy Carpenter - Goalkeeping Specialist
Maddy joined the Dartmouth Coaching staff in the summer of 2015 and is entering her 3rd season with Peak. Maddy will work primarily with goalkeepers. Prior to joining the Dartmouth staff Maddy was a standout goalkeeper for the Northwestern Wildcats. She was a Big Ten Conference 1st team selection during her senior campaign and led her team to its first conference tournament title in school history.
Maddy brings a wealth of field hockey knowledge and coaching experience with her to the Peak sidelines. She has previously played with the U17, U19 and U21 National Field Hockey Teams and was the Head Coach for the USA Field Hockey's Region 10 North Futures Program and an Assistant Coach with Chicago's Windy City Field Hockey Club.
